We are excited to announce a new collaboration with JD FITNESS, an amazing Personal Trainer and wonderful person.
We have designed a 4 months physical development program specifically for Beach Volleyball.
We know how important developing a strong core, explosive muscles and good mobility is to improve the performance in the game and consequently get more wins.
JD will host a live session every month and Coach us remotely through his app, sharing advice on the workout routine and nutrition, as well as tracking the progress of each of us. 💪🏼
The program will be changed every 4-6 weeks leading up to the 2022 beach Volleyball season.
The workouts can also be done at home with basic equipment (resistance bands).
