Cancellation Policy

Booking requests will be reviewed and confirmed by our staff as soon as possible, depending on court availability. Please note that a booking is not considered valid until you receive a confirmation from our team. Cancellations must be made at least six (6) hours before the scheduled booking time. This allows us to better manage court availability and provide the best possible service to all players. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
