A1 - Mixed: For complete beginners, no beach or indoor volleyball experience needed. You learn the basics on sand: moving, passing, setting and serving. Once you can keep the ball in play with a partner, the coach moves you up to A2.

A2 - Mixed: For players who know the basics. You can pass and set a ball that comes to you and get your serve into the court. Here you build consistency and learn your first attacks. Indoor volleyball experience counts.

B1 - Men and Women: For players with a steady foundation. You serve reliably, pass in system, can set and attack with control, and know the basic rules of 2v2 beach volleyball. New players need the coach's approval before booking.

B2 - Men: For confident recreational players. Your basic skills hold up at game pace, you can attack with a spike or a shot, and you know basic block and defence positions. A good fit if you play, or want to play, recreational tournaments. New players need the coach's approval before booking.

C1 - Men and Women: For tournament players who play provincial and recreational tournaments. You serve with intent, vary your attack, and work with your partner on block, defence and side-out tactics. Training is fast and game-based.

C2 - Men and Women: Our most advanced group, for players competing at divisional or national level. You have the full set of skills, strong tactics and the fitness for high-intensity sessions. New players need the coach's approval before booking.
