After some days of stop, we decided to offer double training sessions for this weekend!! 💪🏼
SATURDAY: Performance M & W
SUNDAY: Intro & Intermediate
Training Schedule:
11:00-12:30 Part 1
12:30-13:00 Lunch Break
13:00-14:30 Part 2
14:30-17:00 Playtime
Conny will prepare some food to feed us between the two sessions.
For BE⭐️CHRs with a Flex or Flex Light membership, two sessions will be deducted, as well as individual bookings will correspond to two “regular” training sessions.
